From placing my order, how long does it take to land at my doorstep?
Between 4-8 working days is the delivery time. Most customers receive their item within three days of ordering. We do offer next day delivery at a higher cost if you can’t wait! Sometimes this option is not available and you’ll find this out when checking out.
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free domestic and international shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax – we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible – just the way we like it.
For non-uk customers * please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the united kingdom. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
Orders take 1 business day to process after placing the order before shipping out. Once completed, we will then ship the item out and send your tracking number. Depending on stock levels, your item(s) will be sent from either our UK, EU or Chinese warehouses. We will always match the closest warehouse to your location but this all depends on warehouse stock levels. In any case, the timeframe remains the same for your delivery.

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Royal Mail can have delays and take time to update their systems. Much of this is out of our control but please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. Please note we cannot refund an item due to a delay as the package has already been picked packed and shipped to you and due external factors out of our control have not reached your doorstep. We can however provide a refund once package has been returned back to us. Over the course of thousands of orders the average delivery time has been shown to be just 4 working days. Any time longer than this is not the average.
All products come with a FREE one year warranty from purchase. If the item is defective on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved as soon as possible.
